Extend Pig Register to fetch jars from Repository

Hi everyone,

I am working on an improvement to the Pig Register command. Basically,
extending support to fetch jars from the repository using gradle notations.
I have created a ticket on this issue and would appreciate if you can pour
in your thoughts on the idea and syntax to be followed.
