Erik,

You were right, some Header / readme settings were wrong, now I fixed them
as per how-to-mirror.html

Looks basically good but it seems you're missing some
parts of the recommended configuration. Especially the
HeaderName/ReadmeName and AllowOverride settings
appear to be incorrect.
