updating WSIF website: foresters?
hi,
it is high time for updating WSIF site(s/CVS/SVN/ s/Bugzilla/JIRA/ etc
etc) :)
i did give it a try but i must admit that i have got _lost_ in forrest
(and apparently some of content as well) ... the forrest version i have
downloaded (apache-forrest-0.7) is much changed from what was used to
generate WSIF site many months ago and it seems some things do not work
- i managed to get forrest to build wsif site after many tweaks but i
still have problems - in particular FAQ (and i think other pages) seems
to disappear ... i think i should commit all changes i did and see if
there is any forrest expert to help with it?
so is there anybody with Forrest experience that could take a look on it?
thanks,
alek
ps. i am very tempted to revert to use some simple template/decoration
tool (or write one) so i could do updates in HTML editor directly (and
only add headers/footers when changed) and do not feel so stressed when
typing 'forrest' and watching incomprehensible error output that i am
tired googling for... anybody knows tool like that? something like
static version of mesh/tiles that can also run XHTML validation?
