JIRA problems with TRINIDAD

I'm having a series of problems with the new JIRA TRINIDAD
group.  I can't change the status of
http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TRINIDAD-24,
and I've not been able to assign any of the issues.

Should I be filing infrastructure bugs?
