vCloud Express API changes?

Just looked at Terremark's eCloud API doc [1] as part of a question at  
user@ [2] and found the following:

"The API unifies the application programming interface between Verizon  
Terremark cloud products: Enterprise Cloud and vCloud Express."

The API seems to work quite differently from jclouds' vCloud Express  
provider, so just wondering if anyone knows whether this new API  
applied to vCloud Express in general, or simply to Terremark's hosted  
flavour?

Since the jclouds providers don't use the jclouds vCloud API, I'm  
guessing this is a different beast entirely, but that's just a guess.

Either way, it would seem that the eCloud and possibly vCloud Express  
providers are up for a revamp...
