Use MailDateFormat

           Summary: Use MailDateFormat
           Product: James
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Minor
          Priority: Other
         Component: James Core
        AssignedTo: james-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: sergek@lokitech.com

James has an old custom implementation of an RFC-compliant date format.
JavaMail includes a MailDateFormat class which would allow us to remove the
James version.
