Unless I'm missing something, being able to use the built version of Xalan-C 
for windows involves downloading 24 mb of Xalan and another 5 mb of Xerces-C 
(for one DLL).  Significantly more than half of these downloads is API 
documentation, source code, and other things irrelevent to me.  You could 
probably make a simple 'don't know how, don't care how' release with only 
binaries that's about one tenth the size.  People like me might appreciate it.
