    Description: org.apache.ignite.internal.processors.query.h2.twostep.GridReduceQueryExecutor#query has infinite loop with exit condition on success, thus failure to make reservation on partition can "hang" query. More detailed  logging should be made if method does not succeed in reasonable time  (was: org.apache.ignite.internal.processors.query.h2.twostep.GridReduceQueryExecutor#query has infinite loop with exit condition on success, thus failure to make reservation on partition can "hang" query. More detailed  logging should be made if reservation of partition fails)
