Full test suite validation and performance verification

*Description:*

Run the full Spark test suite to validate that the framework introduces no regressions or performance issues.

*What this includes:*
 * Full test suite execution with the framework enabled (default in tests)
 * Full test suite execution with the framework disabled to verify legacy paths
 * Performance benchmarks to confirm no measurable regression
 * Code review and polish of all Phase 1 changes
