Many thanks to Scott for the nomination!  I'm very pleased with being
elected a member and hope I can show my worth by someday getting
xml-commons really flying (it is in progress, but slowly...).  And of
course I'll help test for or find bugs now and then too and
occasionally come back to bonk someone for breaking the smoketest
again!
