[jira] [Updated] (ARTEMIS-213) Fix WireFormatTest
[ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARTEMIS-213?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:all-tabpanel ]
clebert suconic updated ARTEMIS-213:
------------------------------------
Summary: Fix WireFormatTest (was: Wireformat Negotiation doesn't not working)
I don't think the wire format negotiation is broken.
The issue is that the test itself will start a new ActiveMQ server and use some activemq5 exclusive things.
The test is broken...
I am doing some work with wireFormat because of KeepAlive, so leave this one with me.. I will rewrite the test to fit Artemis.

> Client can negotiate a working wireformat version with broker. If a client requests a earlier version of wireformat the broker should respect it. e.g.
> if a client request:
> "tcp://localhost:61616?wireFormat.version=1"
> The server should confirm that the version to be used is 1.
> Test: WireformatNegociationTest
