When rolling upgrade is initiated, a image is created for rollback.  We propose the following changes for the DFSAdmin for rolling upgrade commands:
- change "dfsadmin -rollingUpgrade start" to "dfsadmin -rollingUpgrade prepare";
- add information for the rollback image to "dfsadmin -rollingUpgrade query".
