[jira] Created: (SHINDIG-669) Add an encryptWithIV helper method

Add an encryptWithIV helper method
----------------------------------

                 Key: SHINDIG-669
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SHINDIG-669
             Project: Shindig
          Issue Type: Wish
          Components: Common Components (Java)
            Reporter: Rodrigo Gallardo
            Priority: Minor
         Attachments: encryptWithIV.patch

I've come across the need to encrypt some data using a private IV computed from a shared secret. I could simply replicate Crypto.aes128cbcEncrypt into my code but change the IV's origin, but I'd rather keep this in the same class of helper's, in case someone changes or improves this later.
