Moving Portlets in the Customize Pane

  Hi,

I have the Jetspeed Release 1.3a2-dev from the CVS-Repository. When I 
try to move a Portlet
in the Customize Pane the Portlet appears at the same place again. (I 
can't move the portlets up and
down.)

Are the functions for moving Portlets not implemented? Is there anybody 
who is working at this
issue.
