[jira] [Created] (QPID-7513) [Java Broker] If no virtualHostNode is
provided, a PatterNamtchingAlias should return the default virtual host
node
Rob Godfrey created QPID-7513:
---------------------------------
Summary: [Java Broker] If no virtualHostNode is provided, a PatterNamtchingAlias should return the default virtual host node
Key: QPID-7513
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QPID-7513
Project: Qpid
Issue Type: Bug
Components: Java Broker
Reporter: Rob Godfrey
Assignee: Rob Godfrey
The virtualHostNode attribute on the pattern matching virtual host alias is not mandatory - but if the attribute is not provided then the alias will never return a host - thus appearing to never match. Instead when no host is provided a match of the pattern should return the default virtual host node (as is the case with other alias implementations)
