TcpTunnelGUI

Hi, All,
I was trying to use TcpTunnelGUI.
When I set it up on Solaris, it works fine and I can see the data being
passed. But when I set it up on NT like I did on Solaris 
(java org.apache.soap.util.net.TcpTunnelGui 4040 localhost 80), 
I only got the GUI and nothing go through there.

I use iPlanet 4.1 with apache soap 2.0, xerces 1.1.3 on both machine.

Any suggestion where is the problem.
