   As far as I know the resource sharing was always part of the inappbrowser plugin and just was disabled accidentatlly by a change in cordova-ios.
   
   SafariViewController is the Apple suggested modern alternative for viewing web pages in your app safely. There is a SafarViewController plugin for Cordova. Maybe this is the right solution for you.
