   ### Description
   
   I want to know whether the apisix dashboard has the security audit function. 
   For example, if I create a route in apisix dashboard , whether can I see the audit log of the operation in the dashboard,From this function I can see who is operating the dashboard's configuration
   
   ### Environment
   
   - APISIX version (run `apisix version`):
   - Operating system (run `uname -a`):
   - OpenResty / Nginx version (run `openresty -V` or `nginx -V`):
   - etcd version, if relevant (run `curl http://127.0.0.1:9090/v1/server_info`):
   - APISIX Dashboard version, if relevant:
   - Plugin runner version, for issues related to plugin runners:
   - LuaRocks version, for installation issues (run `luarocks --version`):

   As I know, there is no such function(dashboard version 3.0.0).
