Following steps on the 3.0 developer guide install, I encountered a broken link to the Maven binary tarball. The broken link can be found in the *Preparing command line tools* section on [this page|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/CTAKES/cTAKES+3.0+Developer+Install+Guide]. The new download locations can be found on the [Maven downloads page|http://maven.apache.org/download.cgi].
