visual studio to linux and mac

This is useful since the team at SNU is using linux and mac for
development.

Indeed. At some point it would be awesome to see REEF.NET on Linux as
well. Our C# code shouldn't be the challenge (Microsoft is porting the
CLR to linux), but our C++ code makes use of some conveniences in Visual
C++ that we'd have to replace.
