It would be valuable to separate these into those in the original source xml
document, and those in translations. As far as I can tell, I've fixed all of
the ones in the English versions of the doc. When I have more time I'll see
what I can do about the translation docs, but I don't want to give the
impression, on updating those docs, that they are in-sync with the English
original, as almost all of them are woefully out of date.
