trivial patch to allow spamd to log to stderr w/out timestamps (for use with
multilog)

This patch provides a new syslog facility (--syslog-facility=multilog) that
will log to stderr in a format w/out timestamps:

  spamd[11903]: server started on port 783/tcp (running version 3.0.0)
