About the "NO WARRANTY" API in org.xml.sax Package
Now I use Xerces 1.0.3 to develope my programs.
I want to use the following class/Interface :
org.xml.sax.InputSource
org.xml.sax.ErrorHandler
but they are commented by :
"This module, both source code and documentation, is in the Public Domain, and comes with NO WARRANTY"
I cannot find the other solution instead of these classes in my program.
Would you please tell me if I can use these classes with "WARRANTY"?
Thank in advance.

Thank you very much for your reply.
I just afraid of if these classes will be existed in the public domain of
the future version of Xerces, because in my programs maybe I have to use the newer
version of Xerces1.0.3 in the future.

"Warranty" in this case means "a legal promise that the code works correctly".
Since this code is in the Public Domain, there can be no promise of correct operation.
You shouldn't worry, in my opinion, about this -- just go ahead and use it. But realize
that nobody is promising to fix it, if it is broken. Also, nobody is legally liable, if
you use the classes, and something goes wrong.
Since this is legal terminology, I'd recommend that you talk to a lawyer, if you have any
concerns about using this code.
