   @chongguang @cloud-fan Can we port this to `3.1`? I see a lot of expressions support ANSI mode in `3.1` ([reference](https://github.com/apache/spark/blob/branch-3.1/docs/sql-ref-ansi-compliance.md#sql-functions), so maybe we should also add ANSI support for `NextDay` expression in `3.1`?
