   Warnings appear while loading the welcome page when accessing Superset through a LoadBalancer on Kubernetes. Assistance from any other people using Kubernetes is greatly appreciated.
   
   ### Expected results
   
   Welcome page should load without warnings
   
   ### Actual results
   
   Welcome page loads with "There was an error fetching the favorite status: failed to fetch"

   - superset version: `1.0.1`
   - python version: `3.7.9`
   - node.js version: `node -v`

   - [X] I have checked the superset logs for python stacktraces and included it here as text if there are any.
   - [X] I have reproduced the issue with at least the latest released version of superset.
   - [X] I have checked the issue tracker for the same issue and I haven't found one similar. (No one else mentions Kubernetes)
   
   ### Additional context
   
   I'm using the Helm chart.
   I'm running Superset on AWS EKS with an ingress and TLS enabled.
   I'm running the Bitnami nginx-ingress-controller which is backed by an AWS Application Load Balancer.
   I have set ENABLE_PROXY_FIX=True and this still happens.
   I have set ENABLE_CORS=True and this still happens.
   This does not occur when using kubectl port-forward.
