### Steps to reproduce
Install **IBM_DB_SA** driver and on the **SQLAlchemy URI** put:
_**ibm_db_sa+pyodbc://USER:PASS@HOST/DB**_
Press **Test Connection** (gets Seems OK result), press **Save**
