Regular Binding is a URL + local File. Sometimes I need to read remote metadata, that does not land on local disk. Plus I will be using the same transport for REST calls if remote repo is Nexus.

All that leads to the necessity of having in-memory Binding that accepts URL + OutputStream.

Please add to the existing one or create another subtype.
