[ANNOUNCEMENT] Tapestry 3.0-beta-1a Released

The Tapestry team is tickled pink to announce the release of Tapestry 3.0-beta-
1a.  This is the first release since Tapestry ascended to full project status 
at Jakarta ... it also features a host of improvements and bug fixes.
