[JRCS] (diff) archive? (resend)

Does anyone know where the JRCS archive got to? The project contains two
implementations of DIFF (a simple one and an implementation of Myer's
algorithm), with a visitor over the revisions.

The project page refers you to cvs.apache.org/viewcvs/jakarta-commons/jrcs,
but that archive seems not to exist any longer.
