   In celebration of the long-awaited [Grails 7 release](https://grails.apache.org/blog/2025-10-18-introducing-grails-7.html), I thought I'd revisit this old issue.
   
   ```
   $ grails -version
   | Grails Version: 7.0.0
   | JVM Version: 21.0.8
   ```
   
   Executing "Steps to Reproduce" for Grails 7 produces the following output
   
   1. Create web-app from template
   ```
   ~$ grails create-app my-webapp --profile web

   Closing issue, as hibernate dependencies seems aligned with `grails-bom` and `spring-boot-dependencies` BOM as is desired 🤓
