[Bug 3361] dcc_options is too restrictive

I also agree that dcc_options is too restrictive.  Recently, version 1.3.15 of 
DCC changed the exit code for dccproc; it is now returning 67.  Dccproc allows 
overridding this exit code via -x, but due to the restrictive dcc_options, -x 
cannot be added. The only other work around is to modify Reporter.pm to add "-
x", "0" to the call to dccproc.
