Nutch webapp not at root context.

Hi

How do I setup nutch so that it works not as the root context on tomcat?
I've got it working ok as root but I want multiple versions of it as
different webapps, all with different search directories.
Currently all the jsp pages presume that they're located at
localhost:8080.

Cheers
Aled

I have started a migration from this web application to some context
relative using Servlets+JSP.

I had not the time to continue my work on this (other home projects that
I´ve started first requires my time). But I´ve have created a Servlet+JSP
version of the search.jsp page.

If there is someone interested I´m happy to deliver the code :)

It was fixed in trunk for 0.7.x versions.
I never install nutch as the root webapp and all works fine on trunk.

Maybe it was fixed in trunk - I"m working now with mapred branch, and I
know for sure that many paths are still hardcoded to root context... but
overall the application works, just with missing images, and some broken
links.

Hi,
normally you should only rename the folder from "ROOT", to "mycontext".
I'm surprised that the pages still hardcode absoluth paths.
I remember that this was changed to relative paths.
Do you have the latest version installed?

Change paths to relative paths will not take you more than 30 minutes
and if it is not already fixes patches are everytime welcome. :)

Stefan
