Latka: DocBook2Site conversion

I've almost got this completed, using the docbook2body.xsl from Avalon 
as a starting point.

However, it's not terribly thorough in it's coverage of DocBook 
elements, and I'm reworking it significantly.

I think I'll also take some of the structural ideas from the sourceforge 
xsl stylesheets and see how I go at making the stylesheet easier to 
maintain.
