[PR] Add manual workflow to reset staging to main [airflow-site-archive]

shahar1 opened a new pull request, #47:
URL: https://github.com/apache/airflow-site-archive/pull/47

Adds a manually-triggered "Reset staging to main" workflow, mirroring the one
   added to `apache/airflow-site` in apache/airflow-site#1671. It force-updates
the `staging` branch to the current `main` SHA.

The `staging` branch pins GitHub Action SHAs that are no longer on the ASF
allowlist, so "Sync S3 to GitHub" dispatched on `staging` (the last step of
   `breeze workflow-run publish-docs --site-env staging`) ends in
   `startup_failure`.

   Differences from the airflow-site version:

   - The ref is moved through the Git refs API instead of clone-and-push, since
this repository holds GBs of archived docs.
   - No follow-up dispatch: `build.yml` here only lints, and the S3 sync is
     triggered by breeze.

Running it drops the 8 staging-only "Sync S3 to GitHub" commits from the
branch; their content remains in the staging S3 bucket.
