   ### Description
   
   # procedure task should be canceled by stop a process instance.
   In version 1.3.8-release or ago,a shell task can be canceled correctly by clicking the terminal button(I know dolphin will kill the process id),but it didn't work when it was a procedure task.
   
   ### Use case
   
   I can only kill the procedure task by login database and then kill the session,of cause, dolphin provides an attribute setTimeout to cancel it. It may be suitable for some scenarios.
   In my scene,the procedure must hold on by jdbc so that it can execute all the time, until I stop it.
   I want to cancel procedure by clicking the terminal button, instead of login the db and then killing the session.
