Download link of Synapse

Hi,

I saw that the link to the releases is a direct link, rather than going
thru mirrors. Was this intentional ?

In Apache, the normal practise is not to put links to anything in
www.apache.org/dist, but to link them via mirrors. Its better if we can
change this.

Just a suggestion.
