In Python 3, [there is no long|https://docs.python.org/3.3/whatsnew/3.0.html#integers]. The problem is in [this commit|https://github.com/apache/incubator-singa/commit/7d25ed93b4a05ef24ec73b8277945bd24db716d2#r31652793].

This [commit|https://github.com/apache/incubator-singa/commit/8d9eb297dd7c2263b5face4bfcaf80a1a6680be8#r31652823] also may need to be fixed.
