apisix memory leak discuss

我发现你在 https://github.com/apache/apisix/issues/10392 下面回复了你也遇到了这个内存泄漏的问题.

可以创建一个 issues 详细描述一下么?

操作系统信息
APISIX version
APISIX-base version (nginx 版本)
route/upstream 的数量, 或者其他资源的数量
etcd 的版本信息

如果有如何复现的步骤是最好的.
