When executing on remote agents via java DistributedRunner, the data returned
to the controller/server always has truncation on the last line of the file.
The result is that when these are extracted from the server, the file has to be
manually edited and the last line deleted in order to get the report to
generate with the jmeter -g switch. Failing to do this results in the generic
column match error reported multiple times on stack overflow.

Hi,
Further feedback will be provided Monday. Unfortunately the resource
responsible for the docker images/agents has left and will only be able to
modify the base image(to include the changes) on Monday.
Will revert soonest.

If I understand your report this is normal behaviour of JMeter as during the
test, the writing to file is buffered.
You can adjust this by setting in user.properties this:
jmeter.save.saveservice.autoflush=true
But this has a performance drawback.
Please confirm this is your issue, if not , please clarify

CSV is generated on controller, so at least on controller for overall results.
If you are outputing something per agent, add it to agent
