Request Header in Tomcat+Apache

Hi,

In my apache+tomcat (ajpv12) servlets and jsps don't get de request Header 
items (the example ResquestHeaderExample is empty, and cookies don't work), 
and tomcat alone do it well. My install:
Windows NT 4.0
Tomcat 3.1b1
Apache 1.3.9
JDK 1.2.1
