JDK13
JDK13 is out today, and it includes JEP 353, a rewrite of the legacy
(blocking) socket support. I installed it and ran some integration tests
that use HttpClient 4 and 5, and everything looks good so far.

I also tested core master and 4.4.x with an EA version of JDK 13 some
while ago.
