NoClassDefFoundError thrown by AdminClient

hi 

I set up the AXISCLASSPATH correctly. But still i get
the 

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:org.apache.commons.logging.LogFactory

when i used 

java -cp
$AXISCLASSPATHorg.apache.axis.client.AdminClient
-lhttp://localhost:8080/axis/services/AdminService
deploy.wsdd

I tried opening common-logging.jar file and i noticed
that there is no LogFactory class in 

org.apache.commons.logging

I use the latest version of axis - 1.2.1 . Where did
the java class disappear. If anyone of have the jar
file with this class, can u please send it to me
