I will take this opportunity to build JSPWiki on my own, because this
is something I'll have to do anyway sooner or later.

The other day I've read on the lists about migrating from jspwiki.org
CVS to Apache SVN. So where's the current code, I guess
http://www.jspwiki.org/wiki/AnonymousCVSAccess is outdated by now?

It is still currently in cvs.jspwiki.org.  The transfer is still in
progress, waiting for the Apache infra folks to return from their
holidays.

I will let you know once the move happens, don't worry.
