We should bump CDP version to 30010248. This build contains the change from HIVE-25635 that upgrade Hive's thrift dependency to thrift-0.16.0.

This is a prerequisite for [IMPALA-11385|http://issues.cloudera.org/browse/IMPALA-11385].
