* kdiag to add a --DEFAULTREALM option to say not having a default realm is an error.
* if this flag is unset, when dumping the credential cache, if there is any entry without a realm, *and there is no default realm*, diagnostics to fail with an error. Hadoop will fail in this situation; kdiag should detect and report
