[users@httpd] SSLRequire %{SSL_CIPHER_USEKEYSIZE} >= 128

Has anyone used this SSLRequire directive in Apache on Windows? Does it
work and enforce >=128-bit encryption?
SSLRequire %{SSL_CIPHER_USEKEYSIZE} >= 128
