What is the Cornerstone's future?

Hi,
Is Cornerstone project dead? It looks a bit derelict (in contrary to its
good name). API link doesn't work
(http://jakarta.apache.org/avalon/cornerstone/api/index.html.xml) because of
typo... No updates for weeks. What are the plans about cornerstone?

nah. There isn't that much active development on it, but it doesn't
really need it either. We are thinking about merging parts of it into
avalon excalibur, and perhaps commons as well.
