ADS + Mavibot troubles

Hi guys,

I'm facing some troubles with Mavibot used as a main partition, when
running the tests. For simple tests, it's ok, but when the server is
stopped and restarted, we get some failures.

I'm pretty sure we don't close correctly the Mavibot partition, and when
we read it back, we get some error. One of the potential pb is that the
sub-btree we create for duplicate values aren't managed, and aren't read
back.

I'll investigate the pb tomorrow (it's a bit late now).
