Maven2 release BUILD FAILURE

Just looking for some clues as to what might be happening here.

I'm trying to use the mvn release functionality.  I receive a similar 
"BUILD FAILURE" error when executing both the prepare and perform.  I have 
the code building and deploying to archiva just find on its own.  I have 
the distributionManagement setup in the POM.xml, and the other 
repositories and pluginRepositories are in the 
/maven-2.0.7/conf/settings.xml.

Does anyone have any idea where the "-P Repository Proxy,Repository Proxy" 
is coming from?

The interactions with Subversion actually work great.  The pom.xml is 
versioning too.  The deploy is failing (nothing is generated) and nothing 
is pushed to Archiva.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
