[jira] [Commented] (ASTERIXDB-2929) Multiple quantifier variables
w/ array indexes

Glenn Justo Galvizo commented on ASTERIXDB-2929:
------------------------------------------------
This is now a bug, the following query throws an error:
{code:java}
`compiler.arrayindex` "true";
DROP DATAVERSE TestDataverse IF EXISTS;
CREATE DATAVERSE TestDataverse;
USE TestDataverse;
CREATE TYPE TestType AS {
_id: uuid
};
CREATE DATASET Dataset1 (TestType)
PRIMARY KEY _id AUTOGENERATED;
CREATE INDEX d1Idx
ON Dataset1 ( UNNEST items : int );
FROM Dataset1 D
WHERE SOME I IN D.items, J IN D.other_items
SATISFIES I = 1 AND J = 2
SELECT *;{code}

> To enable the use of array indexes with quantification, the quantification must currently be over a single quantifier. Queries with additional quantifiers can still be valid for array index acceleration, but care needs to be taken when supplying the SelectAM / JoinAM rule with the throwaway branch.
